The Veldskoen Chukka is our all-weather, all-purpose boot! The cut is timeless and can be dressed up or down. Perfect for outside or inside adventures! You really only need to pack one pair of shoes.

Brown
Our Brown Chukka boots are made from strong, full-grain, oily waxy leather, which softens and darkens, as it ages. This leather‚ waxy finish initially causes it to scuff easily. If the marks bother you, they polish out easily enough with a leather cream. However, let them settle, you will see that what starts out as marks, become traits of a deep and lasting character. This specific leather is proof that some things just get better and better with age!

Returns & Exchanges

Damage Claims: Contact carrier for damaged orders. Returns & Exchanges: Items can be returned within 14 days with proof of purchase, in unworn, unused, and saleable condition with original packaging and tags. Hygienic items cannot be returned. Gift vouchers are non-refundable.
Defective Goods: Defective items can be returned within three months with proof of purchase for repair, exchange, or refund in the form of a gift card.
Merchandise, Appliances, and Electrical Products: These can be refunded or exchanged within 14 days with valid proof of purchase, in unused, original packaging, and with price tags attached. Appliances and electrical products are subject to manufacturer/supplier warranties.
Premium Items: Premium items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Padel Equipment: Each brand has its own warranty terms. Warranty does not cover certain types of damage.
Online Purchases: Items can be returned or exchanged at the store. Faulty or damaged items can be reported to Customer Care.
Order Cancellations: No cancellations or changes to orders are accepted once placed. Goods can be returned under the Returns Policy.
Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within a reasonable time frame. Credit card refunds may take 14-21 working days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Same-day delivery goods can only be returned at the store. Contact Customer Care for returns if you do not live near a store.
Exchanges: One free exchange is allowed per order. Subsequent exchanges will be charged at R100 per trip.
