Victorinox the world famous makers of the original Swiss Army pocket knife, also manufacture the Swibo Professional range of butchers knives which feature their signature orange coloured sanitary safe Grilon handles. Highly recognized in the meat industry and used internationally by the trade in the catering and butchery profession.
The handle, moulded to precise ergonomic criteria, gives natural support to the palm and fingers, reducing fatigue, giving greater precision, with optimum comfort and maximum efficiency. Manufactured from GRILON, a Swiss made polyamide, which never deteriorates, is compact, non-porous, and resistant to high temperatures.

Damage Claims: Contact carrier for damaged orders. Returns & Exchanges: Items can be returned within 14 days with proof of purchase, in unworn, unused, and saleable condition with original packaging and tags. Hygienic items cannot be returned. Gift vouchers are non-refundable.
Defective Goods: Defective items can be returned within three months with proof of purchase for repair, exchange, or refund in the form of a gift card.
Merchandise, Appliances, and Electrical Products: These can be refunded or exchanged within 14 days with valid proof of purchase, in unused, original packaging, and with price tags attached. Appliances and electrical products are subject to manufacturer/supplier warranties.
Premium Items: Premium items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Padel Equipment: Each brand has its own warranty terms. Warranty does not cover certain types of damage.
Online Purchases: Items can be returned or exchanged at the store. Faulty or damaged items can be reported to Customer Care.
Order Cancellations: No cancellations or changes to orders are accepted once placed. Goods can be returned under the Returns Policy.
