Often seen on carry-on business bags, the front-loader concept is not new to travel. However, for check-in luggage, it is, and Travelmate have recognized the need for this functionality in your larger cases. Consider a hotel room with small packing tables and the convenience you normally get with a soft-shell suitcase opening only the lid to pack. Now, you can have traditional clam-shell packing as well as the option to open the lid and pack the whole suitcase from the top.

Clever restraint straps hold the lid in place, and it also includes packing zipper pockets, easily accessible front-on. To get access to the ‘bottom’ section of the suitcase, simply unzip the divider. Locking is no problem either – the front-loader gets its own TSA-lock with combination, along with Travelmate’s beautiful Safe Zip system offering excellent security. Now every packing and organizing option is available to you.

The materials used are world-class – literally! The outer construction is 100% Bayer polycarbonate offering tough and resilient characteristics with beautiful aesthetics. Travelmate have cut no corners with the use of the best wheels on the market: the Hinomoto Lisof silent running wheels. Yes, they come with a price tag, but you get silence, durability, and a wheel not affected by water, prolonging use and life. You’ve got to experience it to feel the difference over ‘normal’ wheels. Returns & Exchanges

Damage Claims: For orders damaged during delivery, please contact us and the carrier immediately.

Returns & Exchanges: Items may be returned within 14 days with valid proof of purchase, provided they are unworn, unused, in saleable condition, and returned with the original packaging and tags. Hygienic items cannot be returned. Gift vouchers are non-refundable.

Defective Goods: Defective items may be returned within three months with proof of purchase for repair, exchange, or a refund in the form of a gift card. This will only take place once the item has been inspected by the manufacturer and feedback has been provided by them.

Merchandise, Appliances & Electrical Products: These items may be refunded or exchanged within 14 days with valid proof of purchase, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and have the price tags attached. Appliances and electrical products are subject to the applicable manufacturer/supplier warranties.

Premium Items: Premium items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Padel Equipment: Each brand has its own warranty terms. Warranties do not cover certain types of damage.

Online Purchases: Online purchases may be returned or exchanged at the store. Faulty or damaged items can be reported to Customer Care.

Order Cancellations: Orders cannot be cancelled or changed once they have been placed. Goods may be returned in accordance with the Returns Policy.

Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within a reasonable time frame. Credit card refunds may take 14–21 working days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Same-day delivery goods can only be returned at the store. If you do not live near a store, please contact Customer Care regarding returns.

Exchanges: One free exchange is permitted per order. Any subsequent exchanges will incur a R100 charge per trip.
