The roomy front pocket with business features and a USB port offers ample space for a notebook, documents and extras which you'd like to access quickly at the airport. Ball-bearing-mounted, smooth-rolling wheels in the style of the Porsche Taycan rims and an ergonomic multi-height handle ensure optimum performance. Bags can be effortlessly placed and removed over the rounded edges of the handle. The divided interior can easily be expanded at any time and, like the front pocket, is protected by a double TSA-approved lock and an anti-theft zipper.

Returns & Exchanges

Damage Claims: For orders damaged during delivery, please contact us and the carrier immediately.

Returns & Exchanges: Items may be returned within 14 days with valid proof of purchase, provided they are unworn, unused, in saleable condition, and returned with the original packaging and tags. Hygienic items cannot be returned. Gift vouchers are non-refundable.

Defective Goods: Defective items may be returned within three months with proof of purchase for repair, exchange, or a refund in the form of a gift card. This will only take place once the item has been inspected by the manufacturer and feedback has been provided by them.

Merchandise, Appliances & Electrical Products: These items may be refunded or exchanged within 14 days with valid proof of purchase, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and have the price tags attached. Appliances and electrical products are subject to the applicable manufacturer/supplier warranties.

Premium Items: Premium items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Padel Equipment: Each brand has its own warranty terms. Warranties do not cover certain types of damage.

Online Purchases: Online purchases may be returned or exchanged at the store. Faulty or damaged items can be reported to Customer Care.

Order Cancellations: Orders cannot be cancelled or changed once they have been placed. Goods may be returned in accordance with the Returns Policy.

Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within a reasonable time frame. Credit card refunds may take 14–21 working days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Same-day delivery goods can only be returned at the store. If you do not live near a store, please contact Customer Care regarding returns.

Exchanges: One free exchange is permitted per order. Any subsequent exchanges will incur a R100 charge per trip.
