The On Cloud 6 Versa in Black (colorway Black/Eclipse) is a men's lightweight, cushioned lifestyle shoe designed for all-day wear, urban walking, commuting, and travel. It features an upgraded, slightly wider fit compared to its predecessor. 
Key Features and Materials
CloudTec® Cushioning: Uses Zero-Gravity foam "Clouds" designed for a soft landing and cushioned ride. The Clouds are wider in this version for enhanced comfort and reduced pronation.
Speedboard®: An internal plate that provides torsional support and stability, helping to ensure a smooth rolling motion from heel to toe.
Upper: Features a soft, lightweight upper made from recycled polyester and TPU with an engineered knit collar and tongue for a secure, sock-like fit. The upper is highly breathable.
Lacing System: Comes with an elastic speed lacing system for easy on-and-off, and also includes a set of conventional laces in the box for a traditional fit if preferred.
Outsole: The durable rubber outsole has abrasion-tested zones in high-wear areas (forefoot and heel) and features shallower grooves to reduce the issue of picking up small rocks.

Returns & Exchanges

Damage Claims: Contact carrier for damaged orders. Returns & Exchanges: Items can be returned within 14 days with proof of purchase, in unworn, unused, and saleable condition with original packaging and tags. Hygienic items cannot be returned. Gift vouchers are non-refundable.
Defective Goods: Defective items can be returned within three months with proof of purchase for repair, exchange, or refund in the form of a gift card.
Merchandise, Appliances, and Electrical Products: These can be refunded or exchanged within 14 days with valid proof of purchase, in unused, original packaging, and with price tags attached. Appliances and electrical products are subject to manufacturer/supplier warranties.
Premium Items: Premium items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Padel Equipment: Each brand has its own warranty terms. Warranty does not cover certain types of damage.
Online Purchases: Items can be returned or exchanged at the store. Faulty or damaged items can be reported to Customer Care.
Order Cancellations: No cancellations or changes to orders are accepted once placed. Goods can be returned under the Returns Policy.
Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within a reasonable time frame. Credit card refunds may take 14-21 working days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Same-day delivery goods can only be returned at the store. Contact Customer Care for returns if you do not live near a store.
Exchanges: One free exchange is allowed per order. Subsequent exchanges will be charged at R100 per trip.
