Zoom Air
ZOOMX: Introducing the lightest, softest, and most responsive cushioning foam in Nike's history. Nike ZoomX technology is based on Pebax® (polyether block amide), a material commonly used in aerospace. Unlike traditional foams, ZoomX can return up to 85% of energy from each impact, significantly reducing muscle fatigue and enabling more efficient movement. The foam is designed to provide maximum protection upon impact while remaining extremely lightweight, making it the ideal choice for elite running models and modern lifestyle footwear with high comfort demands.
CloudTec®: Technology developed by Swiss company On that is designed to improve the performance of running shoes. It incorporates unique hollow cylindrical elements in the outsole, known as Clouds, that compress vertically and horizontally to provide a soft landing and strong take-off.
Speedboard®: A motor hidden inside your shoes. It’s not just a piece of plastic; it’s an intelligent layer designed to work with CloudTec® cushioning. It acts like a bow: when you land, the Speedboard® flexes and gathers the energy from your impact. At the moment of takeoff, it releases this energy instantly, propelling you forward. For Queens, this is a key technology, transforming a soft, comfortable landing into a dynamic and fast movement. The result? Less foot fatigue and the feeling that your shoes are doing part of the work for you.
Helion™ HF: Helion™ HF technology refers to the high-performance hyperfoam used in the construction of advanced running shoes. This innovative Pebax® material offers exceptional energy return and cushioning, enhancing athlete performance
Helion™: Helion™ technology is a leading innovation in the world of running shoes, providing a unique combination of lightness, flexibility and energy return. Often found in the midsoles of high-performance running shoes, this foam compound is constructed with Pebax material that offers exceptional cushioning and durability. It works in tandem with other technologies, such as the Speedboard carbon plate, to increase the efficiency and speed of the runner.
Carbon plate: The carbon midsole is a revolutionary innovation in running shoe technology that offers a combination of support, stability and increased speed. These midsoles have a carbon fiber plate embedded inside that is designed to increase energy return and reduce fatigue, allowing runners to maintain a faster pace with less effort.
Sole
Rubber: The rubber sole is a traditional and highly reliable element in the construction of footwear, valued especially for its extreme mechanical resistance and grip. This contact layer is made of natural or synthetic rubber, which is characterized by its high density and elasticity. Due to its physical properties, it provides excellent traction on a wide range of surfaces, from smooth asphalt to unpaved terrain. In addition, the rubber is naturally waterproof and resistant to temperature fluctuations, ensuring stability and a secure stride in a variety of climatic conditions.
