xCloudventure is a lightweight trail running shoe with extreme cushioning and grip.
The Missiongrip™ outsole has been redesigned (also see: improved) on this generation and combines multiple grip patterns, and a new slingshot Speedboard® provides near immediate feedback so you can have fantastic grip no matter the terrain. It also features the debut of Helion superfoam in the Cloudventure, promising an even more comfortable ride through the hills.
The upper mesh material has been updated to make it the softest On Running shoe upper in their line, while also been planet-friendly. The polyester used is about 80% recycled. The elastic loop on the tongue keeps your lace ends from trailing over wet ground or becoming a trip hazard.
The Cloudventure is made for trail runners who won't let the tough terrain get in the way of their running goals. It's low on weight yet big on cushioning and grip.

Returns & Exchanges
Damage Claims: Contact carrier for damaged orders. Returns & Exchanges: Items can be returned within 14 days with proof of purchase, in unworn, unused, and saleable condition with original packaging and tags. Hygienic items cannot be returned. Gift vouchers are non-refundable.
Defective Goods: Defective items can be returned within three months with proof of purchase for repair, exchange, or refund in the form of a gift card.
Merchandise, Appliances, and Electrical Products: These can be refunded or exchanged within 14 days with valid proof of purchase, in unused, original packaging, and with price tags attached. Appliances and electrical products are subject to manufacturer/supplier warranties.
Premium Items: Premium items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Padel Equipment: Each brand has its own warranty terms. Warranty does not cover certain types of damage.
Online Purchases: Items can be returned or exchanged at the store. Faulty or damaged items can be reported to Customer Care.
Order Cancellations: No cancellations or changes to orders are accepted once placed. Goods can be returned under the Returns Policy.
Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within a reasonable time frame. Credit card refunds may take 14-21 working days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Same-day delivery goods can only be returned at the store. Contact Customer Care for returns if you do not live near a store.
