Shipping & Delivery

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Shipping Method: Orders are delivered via The Courier Guy and Internet Express.

Delivery Time: Estimated delivery is 1–3 working days to main city centres and 3–5 working days to outlying areas.

Shipping Cost: A R100 delivery fee applies to orders under R1000. Orders over R1000 qualify for free delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

Damage Claims: For orders damaged during delivery, please contact us and the carrier immediately.

Returns & Exchanges: Items may be returned within 14 days with valid proof of purchase, provided they are unworn, unused, in saleable condition, and returned with the original packaging and tags. Hygienic items cannot be returned. Gift vouchers are non-refundable.

Defective Goods: Defective items may be returned within three months with proof of purchase for repair, exchange, or a refund in the form of a gift card. This will only take place once the item has been inspected by the manufacturer and feedback has been provided by them.

Merchandise, Appliances & Electrical Products: These items may be refunded or exchanged within 14 days with valid proof of purchase, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and have the price tags attached. Appliances and electrical products are subject to the applicable manufacturer/supplier warranties.

Premium Items: Premium items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Padel Equipment: Each brand has its own warranty terms. Warranties do not cover certain types of damage.

Online Purchases: Online purchases may be returned or exchanged at the store. Faulty or damaged items can be reported to Customer Care.

Order Cancellations: Orders cannot be cancelled or changed once they have been placed. Goods may be returned in accordance with the Returns Policy.

Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within a reasonable time frame. Credit card refunds may take 14–21 working days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Same-day delivery goods can only be returned at the store. If you do not live near a store, please contact Customer Care regarding returns.

Exchanges: One free exchange is permitted per order. Any subsequent exchanges will incur a R100 charge per trip.
