Damage Claims: For orders damaged during delivery, please contact us and the carrier immediately.

Returns & Exchanges: Items may be returned within 14 days with valid proof of purchase, provided they are unworn, unused, in saleable condition, and returned with the original packaging and tags. Hygienic items cannot be returned. Gift vouchers are non-refundable.

Defective Goods: Defective items may be returned within three months with proof of purchase for repair, exchange, or a refund in the form of a gift card. This will only take place once the item has been inspected by the manufacturer and feedback has been provided by them.

Merchandise, Appliances & Electrical Products: These items may be refunded or exchanged within 14 days with valid proof of purchase, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and have the price tags attached. Premium Items: Premium items cannot be returned or exchanged.
