Using his expertise, Michelin-star chef Jan Hendrik van der Westhuizen has developed his own line of products that would be as comfortable on the tables at JAN as they are in his home. When setting out to curate the JAN Homeware crockery pieces, it was essential that every piece reflect the refinement and elegance that he would choose for his restaurants, while still being practical enough for everyday use. Crafted from the finest porcelain or stoneware with a timeless aesthetic, the JAN tableware is made to last a lifetime.

Delivery Time: Estimated 1-3 working days main city centers, 3-5 days to outlying areas.
Cost: R100 delivery fee, free for orders over R1000.
Returns & Exchanges
Damage Claims: Contact carrier for damaged orders. Returns & Exchanges: Items can be returned within 14 days with proof of purchase, in unworn, unused, and saleable condition with original packaging and tags. Hygienic items cannot be returned. Gift vouchers are non-refundable.
Defective Goods: Defective items can be returned within three months with proof of purchase for repair, exchange, or refund in the form of a gift card.
Merchandise, Appliances, and Electrical Products: These can be refunded or exchanged within 14 days with valid proof of purchase, in unused, original packaging, and with price tags attached. Appliances and electrical products are subject to manufacturer/supplier warranties.
Premium Items: Premium items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Padel Equipment: Each brand has its own warranty terms. Warranty does not cover certain types of damage.
Online Purchases: Items can be returned or exchanged at the store. Faulty or damaged items can be reported to Customer Care.
Order Cancellations: No cancellations or changes to orders are accepted once placed. Goods can be returned under the Returns Policy.
Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within a reasonable time frame. Credit card refunds may take 14-21 working days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Same-day delivery goods can only be returned at the store. Contact Customer Care for returns if you do not live near a store.
