xIpanema is a fun, sustainable sandal and flip-flop collection manufactured in Brazil by Grendene. It is made from a uniquely formulated PVC plastic called "Flexpand" - a recyclable and non-toxic material that makes our footwear super comfortable, flexible & durable on the footbed and toe strap.
Ipanema was inspired by the vibrant colors and culture of the famous Ipanema beach - but it is a fashion and lifestyle essential, not just a product for the summer. We believe the beach is not a place, but a state of mind - and that with your Ipanema’s you take the sun's energy wherever you go. Unlike many other footwear manufacturers, Ipanema products are 100% recyclable and do not use any rubber from our rainforests. This dramatically reduces our waste and enables us to recycle 99% of our waste products.

Returns & Exchanges
Damage Claims: Contact carrier for damaged orders. Returns & Exchanges: Items can be returned within 14 days with proof of purchase, in unworn, unused, and saleable condition with original packaging and tags. Hygienic items cannot be returned. Gift vouchers are non-refundable.
Defective Goods: Defective items can be returned within three months with proof of purchase for repair, exchange, or refund in the form of a gift card.
Merchandise, Appliances, and Electrical Products: These can be refunded or exchanged within 14 days with valid proof of purchase, in unused, original packaging, and with price tags attached. Appliances and electrical products are subject to manufacturer/supplier warranties.
Premium Items: Premium items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Padel Equipment: Each brand has its own warranty terms. Warranty does not cover certain types of damage.
Online Purchases: Items can be returned or exchanged at the store. Faulty or damaged items can be reported to Customer Care.
Order Cancellations: No cancellations or changes to orders are accepted once placed. Goods can be returned under the Returns Policy.
Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within a reasonable time frame. Credit card refunds may take 14-21 working days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
