Materials: The outer material is a durable, water-repellent polyester fabric with a stylish chevron pattern and vegan leather trim accents. It is made from 100% recycled polyester (rPET).
Lining: The interior features a deluxe soft-touch lining treated with SILVADUR™ technology for effective odor control and antibacterial properties.
Compartments: It includes a dedicated, padded rear compartment that can safely store a laptop and tablet (up to 14 or 15.6 inches depending on the specific model). The main compartment has multiple pockets, an elastic mesh pocket, and a zipped compartment with RFID blocker protection for sensitive data.

Damage Claims: Contact carrier for damaged orders. Returns & Exchanges: Items can be returned within 14 days with proof of purchase, in unworn, unused, and saleable condition with original packaging and tags. Hygienic items cannot be returned. Gift vouchers are non-refundable.
Defective Goods: Defective items can be returned within three months with proof of purchase for repair, exchange, or refund in the form of a gift card.
Merchandise, Appliances, and Electrical Products: These can be refunded or exchanged within 14 days with valid proof of purchase, in unused, original packaging, and with price tags attached. Appliances and electrical products are subject to manufacturer/supplier warranties.
Premium Items: Premium items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Padel Equipment: Each brand has its own warranty terms. Warranty does not cover certain types of damage.
Online Purchases: Items can be returned or exchanged at the store. Faulty or damaged items can be reported to Customer Care.
Order Cancellations: No cancellations or changes to orders are accepted once placed. Goods can be returned under the Returns Policy.
