As alive as if captured at any moment of the day, its strong fragrance evokes at once the fresh morning rose, green and slightly crisp, the open midday rose, rich and deep, and the honeyed evening rose, with its sensual, addictive accents.

Then, a bouquet of warm and ambery woods unfolds, each more concentrated than the last. Ambrox brings its musky, woody notes, Cashmeran offers its voluptuous sensuality, and cedar reinforces the fragrance’s unique character. A Chloé fragrance that's perfect for any occasion and lasts all day long.

For L’Eau de Parfum Intense, the famous pleated Chloé perfume bottle has been given a new look, now stamped with a sleek black and ecru label for an even more modern and refined style. Its ribbon has also taken on a new, deep garnet hue, echoing the fragrance's composition and the flower at its heart.

This fragrance has a vegan formula and is available in 30 ml, 50 ml or 100 ml refillable bottles. Refill sold separately. Chloé L’eau de Parfum Intense is perfect for any occasion.

Returns & Exchanges

Damage Claims: For orders damaged during delivery, please contact us and the carrier immediately.

Returns & Exchanges: Items may be returned within 14 days with valid proof of purchase, provided they are unworn, unused, in saleable condition, and returned with the original packaging and tags. Hygienic items cannot be returned. Gift vouchers are non-refundable.

Defective Goods: Defective items may be returned within three months with proof of purchase for repair, exchange, or a refund in the form of a gift card. This will only take place once the item has been inspected by the manufacturer and feedback has been provided by them.

Merchandise, Appliances & Electrical Products: These items may be refunded or exchanged within 14 days with valid proof of purchase, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and have the price tags attached. Appliances and electrical products are subject to the applicable manufacturer/supplier warranties.

Premium Items: Premium items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Padel Equipment: Each brand has its own warranty terms. Warranties do not cover certain types of damage.

Online Purchases: Online purchases may be returned or exchanged at the store. Faulty or damaged items can be reported to Customer Care.

Order Cancellations: Orders cannot be cancelled or changed once they have been placed. Goods may be returned in accordance with the Returns Policy.

Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within a reasonable time frame. Credit card refunds may take 14–21 working days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Same-day delivery goods can only be returned at the store. If you do not live near a store, please contact Customer Care regarding returns.

Exchanges: One free exchange is permitted per order. Any subsequent exchanges will incur a R100 charge per trip.
